Before work begins. You may cancel a project before work begins for a full refund of any amount paid, less any clearly disclosed non-refundable third-party costs already purchased with your approval.

After work begins. If you cancel after work has started, you are responsible for completed work and approved third-party expenses through the cancellation date. Any remaining prepaid balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Completed services. Because consulting and technical services are customized and time-based, completed work is generally non-refundable. If the delivered work materially differs from the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, correct the work or provide a fair partial or full refund.

Timing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

kSynch collects information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, business details, project requirements, and communications. We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve services, prepare quotes, process transactions, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

Payment information is processed by our payment provider and is not stored directly by kSynch. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the business or deliver an agreed service, and may disclose it when required by law.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing [email protected], subject to legal and recordkeeping requirements.

Agreement and scope. By approving a quote, statement of work, or service request, you agree to these terms and the project-specific terms provided to you. Project-specific terms control if there is a conflict. Changes to scope, timing, or deliverables must be agreed in writing and may change the price.

Client responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information, timely access, decisions, credentials, backups, and permissions reasonably needed to perform the services. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups unless backup services are specifically included in the agreed scope.

Payment. Fees, deposits, milestones, and due dates are stated in the approved quote or invoice. Approved third-party costs may be billed separately. Overdue work may be paused until payment is received.

Ownership and third-party services. Upon full payment, you receive the rights to custom deliverables described in the project scope, excluding pre-existing tools, templates, methods, and licensed third-party materials. Third-party products and services remain subject to their own terms and availability.

Professional standard and limitation. kSynch will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Technology carries inherent risks, and uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, kSynch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the services giving rise to that claim.

Termination. Either party may end a project by written notice. The refund and cancellation policy above applies. Provisions concerning payment, ownership, confidentiality, and limitations of liability survive termination.
